Privacy Policy

cartdart is run by GoVantage, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect about you when you use cartdart.co and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address, to sign you in and contact you about your account.
- Your billing status. Stripe handles payments. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, not your card number.
- The filters you save, and a log of your CSV exports (date, row count and filters) so we can apply the daily export limit.
- A cookie that keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
- Server logs from our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type.
Who handles it
- Vercel hosts the site.
- Neon stores the database.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Resend sends login emails.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Store data
The store information in cartdart, such as product listings, prices and store names, comes from the public storefronts of businesses. If you run one of those stores and want it removed, email neal@govantage.co and we'll take it out.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your account data while your account is open. Email neal@govantage.co to delete your account, and we'll remove your data except for billing records we have to keep for tax and accounting.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email neal@govantage.co and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect.
