Terms of Service

1. The service

cartdart is a list of Shopify stores built from information those stores publish on their public storefronts, such as product listings, prices and store details. We score and rank the stores with our own formula. Scores, rankings, best-seller lists and "why this week" notes are estimates. We don't guarantee they are accurate, complete or current.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Anyone who can open that inbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure. Each account is for one person.

3. Plans and billing

The free plan shows the top 25 rows of any search. The paid plan costs $149 per month, is billed through Stripe, and renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it. If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you.

4. How you can use the data

You can use the list and your exports to find and contact prospects for your own business. You can't resell, republish or share them with anyone outside your company, or use cartdart to build a competing product. Paid accounts can export up to 500 rows a day.

When you contact a store, you're responsible for following the laws that apply to your outreach, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape cartdart, share your login, work around the row or export limits, or interfere with the service.

6. Ending your account

You can stop using cartdart at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

7. No warranty

cartdart is provided "as is." We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we make no warranties beyond those the law requires.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, GoVantage, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. Using cartdart after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
